Opening its doors in June at the luxurious ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, MISTER COLLINS brings American cuisine to life.
Conceptualized by ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa owners Jorge and Juan Arevalo in partnership with Andy Yeager (formerly of Hillstone Restaurant Group, which operates upscale dining establishments including Houston’s, Bandera, R+D and Gulfstream), MISTER COLLINS offers flavorful, home-style American cuisine with a focus on fresh, local, high-quality ingredients and exceptional execution. The menu is peppered with bold favorites such as a well-seasoned Prime New York Strip, sous vide Pop’s Pork Chop, mac and cheese, True Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and a fruit-forward Ahi Tuna Salad. Every aspect of the meal is hand-crafted on-site from scratch, from the dressings and ketchup, right down to the chocolate ice cream that sits atop the decadent 99% Peanut Butter “Pie.”

Whether seated inside or out, MISTER COLLINS guests will dine in the modern ‘beach chic’ designs of Hernan Arriaga. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase the restaurant’s uniquely incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and Baker’s Haulover Inlet. White panel window shades, rich taupe Venetian stucco and billowing linens meet hardwood walnut floors and plush gray leather seats, lending an effortlessly airy atmosphere to the space.
The addition of MISTER COLLINS is just another of the many fabulous features and amenities that Condominium Owners at One Bal Harbour currently enjoy.
MISTER COLLINS provides visitors with an upscale-casual dining experience making it the ideal location for an ocean-side breakfast, power lunch, romantic evening date and/or exceptional dining experience. Seating accommodates approximately 100 people, and guests may choose to sit in the main dining area, bar, or outside on the waterfront terrace, which features outdoor sofas, club chairs and traditional seating amongst lush orange and palm trees. The main dining room can also be booked for private events.
MISTER COLLINS is open for breakfast (7:00 AM – 11:30 AM), lunch (11:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and dinner (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) seven days a week and is located at 10295 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, Florida in the ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa.
